I married Everett Rodriguez, from the CHS Class of '78. I got my engineering degree and worked in the coal industry, before becoming a 'stay at home' mom to our four children... 6, 8, 10 and 12. They keep me very busy and I have my own internet business. We live in Crafton, about four minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, in a huge, old house(lots of cleaning and high gas bills!!!!)
Updated 1/18/06: Everett and I will celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, in June 2006. Time really flies. Our kids are now 9, 11, 13 and 15. Our kids are all involved in swim teams (school, aquatic club and summer clubs), tennis, track and our lone son wrestles. We spend a lot of time in the bleachers waiting for a swim heat or wrestling bout. Our two oldest girls are in the Carlynton High School marching band. I was happy to see a lot of alumni as parents at band festivals and other sporting events we have gone to! |
BEADLING, Amanda R. IN MEMORIAM
Amanda Roylea Beadling, 44, of Marianna, died unexpectedly on Monday, Oct. 15, 2006, in her home. She was born April 11, 1962, in Washington, Pa., a daughter of Harry C. and Donnis J. Lane Beadling, of Bentleyville. Miss Beadling was a 1980 graduate of Charleroi Area High School and had been employed by General Dynamics/Electrical Boat Division, as a welder on military submarines for many years. She most recently was employed by Lamphouse Tavern in Marianna as a bartender and had also been a carrier for the Observer-Reporter for over 13 years. Miss Beadling had a passion for animals and enjoyed motorcycling and rural life, and she loved to cook and entertain. Surviving, in addition to her parents, are four brothers, Michael Lee Marshman, of Bentleyville, Timothy Marshman, of Dravosburg, and George "Bill" and Steven Beadling, both of Bentleyville; one sister, Kitty Beadling, of Bentleyville; one special niece, Terri Marchewka, of Charleroi; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Wednesday, Oct. 18, in the GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 619 Main St., Bentleyville from 2 to 7 p.m., the hour of service with the Rev. Paul Mitchel officiating.
