I married my high school sweetheart, John(Mickey) Rudy, in 1983. I am an RN and Center Director for Gambro Healthcare, in Homestead. We have two cats, 'Muttski' and 'Mr. Cat' and we will begin building a new home in Stockdale soon. Life is great!!!
Update 12/8/05: Mickey and I just celebrated our 22nd Wedding Anniversary. My company has changed names and is now DaVita. I manage the dialysis units in West Homestead AND Elizabeth. But most important of all - we have FINALLY started building our new home in Stockdale. |

So glad to know this site exists. It is great to read the posts and to reminisce. I live in DC and do the government relations for Novartis Pharmaceuticals. I left the practice of medicine 7 years ago, to become a medical director at Medicare and then moved over to the pharma industry. My partner and I (and our den on animals) live in the District and love it. I still come back to Pittsburgh once a month to see Mom, although she has moved out of the house in Fallowfield, to a retirement community in the 'burgh. If any of you are ever in the DC area, let me know. I have great memories of CAHS and Charleroi. Go Cougars! (4/2/08) |

HUDSPITH, Albert Michael (In Memoriam)
Albert Michael Hudspith, 43, of Las Vegas, Nev., formerly of Monessen, died Friday, March 2, 2007, from injuries sustained in a pedestrian accident. Born in North Charleroi on April 24, 1963, he was a son of William Hudspith, of Winston, N.C., and Shirley Tylka Hudspith, of Fallowfield Township. He was a 1981 graduate of Charleroi Area High School and received his bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology from California University of Pennsylvania and was formerly an instructor of psychology at Westmoreland County Community College and Community College of Allegheny County. He was employed as an instructor at Las Vegas Community College. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Debra Blozik and husband John, of Birmingham, Ala., and Cheryl Stache and husband Steve, of Speers Hill; three nephews, Thomas Stasicha and wife Devin, of Houston, Texas, Jeffrey Stasicha, of Las Vegas, and Stephen Stache, of Philadelphia; one niece, Cassandra Stache, of Speers Hill; one great-nephew, Keagan Stasicha; one aunt and uncles, Edythe and John De Grazia, of Michigan; and the love of his life, Andrea. Visitation will be held Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the LEONARD M. PAVLIC FUNERAL HOMES INC., 235 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 10 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Kevin Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery, Rostraver Township. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Washington County Humane Society or Madonna Regional Catholic School.
